- 24 hour swap drop service to replace the faulty Strapping Tools, reducing downtime.
- Coverage for courier costs and wear and tear parts within the rental fee

In the unlikely event that your Rental Tool experiences a breakdown, please download and complete our Swap Drop form and return it to us by email or fax by 2pm to ensure a replacement Tool is dispatched for the next working day.
